Overview The Isbar (pronounced “ice-bar”) is a rare breed from Sweden known for its stunning green eggs. This breed was developed in the mid-20th century by Martin Silverudd, who aimed to create an auto-sexing, productive layer.

Appearance Isbars are medium-sized birds with a slender frame. They come in three color varieties: black, blue, and splash. Their sleek appearance and green-tinted eggs make them a standout in any flock.
